We are looking for an ICT CRM and Web Specialist.
Objective of the position is to manage and optimize the company's CRM systems and web platforms, ensuring their effectiveness in streamlining business processes and enhancing customer interactions. The role will be central in supporting process digitalization, improving user experience, and providing continuous technical assistance to ensure maximum efficiency and technological innovation.
Your responsibilities will be:
* CRM Management: Customizing and maintaining HubSpot and Salesforce CRM to align with business needs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Social Media: Support marketing team in implementing the digital multi-channel strategy.
* CMS Management: Define and oversee the various instances used by the business to guarantee proper setup (Drupal, WordPress).
* Lead Management: Develop lead capture forms, implement lead scoring, and design automated nurturing workflows to engage prospects.
* Analytics and Reporting: Data modeling and generation of reporting on key CRM metrics. Enable the tracking of campaign performance.
* User Training and Support: Deliver training sessions and support to users.
* Integration and Automation: Identify integration opportunities for custom-related data platforms and systems, implementing automation to streamline customer-related processes.
* Data Security: Actively participate in the design and adoption of security best practices.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
* Bachelor's degree in ICT, Digital Marketing or related field.
* Proven experience (>3 years) working with CRM and CMS.
* Proficiency in configuring and customizing HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, fields, and automation.
* Experience with integration tools.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full proficiency in the English language.
Nice to have:
* Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes.
* Wide understanding of digital channel management.
