Job Summary
The Form-App division of La Risorsa Umana Job Center Group, a leading Italian group specialized in human resources services, is seeking a Professional Tutor for Vocational Guidance and Training.

La Risorsa Umana, which includes FORM-APP's Training Division, is one of the largest Italian groups specializing in human resources. The entirely Italian agency is currently present throughout the national territory with 20 branches. Job Position:
* Acting as liaison between the Area Manager and the companies where apprentices are placed to schedule meetings between the apprentice and the tutor;
* Conducting one-to-one interviews with apprentices (approximately 45-90 minutes) to evaluate their training experience and provide vocational guidance and training orientation;
* Gathering and verifying documents and ensuring correct completion.
The role requires at least 20 hours per week (with flexibility to accommodate both personal needs and those of client companies).
The professional position is freelance, with a compensation of €25 gross per encounter (45/90 minutes) + €7 per day worked (day with at least one encounter).
Required Figure:
* Holding a valid driver's license (B category) and being self-driven;
* Possessing and proficiently using a computer;
* Being available for trips within the Pesaro-Urbino province.
