INTRODUCTION
The Facilities Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to Florence Head Office teams and Milan Supply Chain office team, ensuring they are supported to enable a smooth and efficient running of the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* To perform general office administration tasks, including managing orders of stationery and office supplies
* To create POs in Ariba for all utilities invoices, services, rents and leases
* To be responsible for daily mails and shipments with different couriers custom clearance assistance
* To manage all Company car fleet for employers in Milan, Scandicci and Piacenza
* To be the point of contact for all Health & Safety enquiries
* To support the external RSPP in all Burberry and statutory requirements
* To manage suppliers and technicians on all operational activities for the sites.
PERSONAL PROFILE
* Eligible to L. 68/99
* Previous experience working as a Team Assistant to Management or in an administrative role
* Computer literate, particularly in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
* Experience with Ariba/SAP preferred
* Experience in using technology for meetings (videocalls via Microsoft Teams)
* Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
