About the Role: We are happy to share that we are currently looking for a Product Technical Performance Manager who will work in product development & implementation of new products as well as defining industrial processes for cocoa based products thus across the world. You will work in a highly dynamic and international environment and you will liaise with colleagues from different teams and departments, colleagues from factories around the world and our key business stakeholders to execute flawless projects. Main Responsibilities: In this role, you will ensure the industrial development of new semifinished cocoa based products and the development and improvement of existing ones. You will participate in the developing and testing new technologies according to the specific characteristics of cocoa based products. You will coordinate all the product development trials until the industrialization (from lab to production line) and the collection of all relevant data to ensure product success and sustainability as per Project Brief. You will have the opportunity to support Technology and Operations in the industrialization phase to achieve the defined target consistently and cost effectively, and support plant technologists during the start-up of new cocoa semifinished production in Ferrero plants all over the world. You will collaborate with technical departments in the design of new machines or processes. You will ensure the continuous product quality improvement testing alternative raw materials. Finally, you will be the point of reference for Engineering, Plants Technologists, Operation Development, Procurement, Quality, R&D Raw Materials. Who we are looking for: You will bring your university Master's Degree background in Food Science and Technology or equivalent scientific field and your previous work experience in R&D, quality or technical position. You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your experience in sensory, nutritional analysis and industrial processes. Your strong will to learn more about cocoa and chocolate and empathic behavior for working in a team will be key to performing the role at best. Your strong communication skills, your fluency in Italian and English, as well as your desire for international mobility and your full availability for business trips will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion for our products, consumers and category.
