Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Quality Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Pistoia - IT.

Accountabilities
The Welding and Painting team leader will have to coordinate pool of quality inspectors according the quality planning activity and costs
The Welding and Painting team leader will have to manage NCRs process for the tracking and management of quality issues, coming from the inspection process.
The Welding and Painting team leader will have to provide KPI monthly reports in order to monitor the process capability and define the countermeasures corrective actions.
The Welding and Painting team leader will have to ensure conformity of assembled product up to final quality gate
Required Skills/Knowledge
Has reached previous experience of at least 5 years in the specific role or similar pool coordination
Knowledge of the special process of structural welding (any special processes qualifications will represent a vantage on the evaluation);
Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing specifications, and also on International standards, through welding process standards specification.
Experience in the role of team leader coordination, of the production processes, to guarantee the compliance of the welding and machined parts.
Knowledge of quality documentation (MIPs, declaration of conformity form, Qualification evidences, etc…).
Knowledge of mechanical drawing, dimensional and geometric tolerance standards rule, main measurement tools application
Education/Qualifications
High-school graduate or equivalent technical background.
Languages
Fluent Knowledge of English (written & spoken).
