About the Role
Account Management - Brand Specialist
As a Brand Specialist within the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Team of Retail Business Services, you will help shape and execute strategies for managing Amazon AVS vendors. You will work closely with Retail and Vendor Services teams, managing all aspects of the vendor’s business with Amazon. Your responsibilities include engaging with internal teams to optimize product lines for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon.
You will utilize skills across areas such as site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing to enhance vendor performance. Your focus will be on operational aspects of vendor management, including customer relationships and resolving business issues.
You will develop, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns to increase vendor traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue. Additionally, you'll analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and develop action plans to improve business performance.
Work timings are aligned with EU shift hours, from 12:00 pm IST to 9:00 pm IST.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners.
* Collaborate with the Retail Category Team to build effective communication channels, set expectations, and manage growth plans.
* Create and execute joint business plans aligned with key KPIs.
* Perform deep-dive analyses on vendor issues, providing recommendations and action plans based on data.
* Measure success through vendor performance metrics and customer experience improvements.
* Conduct regular business review meetings with vendors, discussing performance metrics and action plans.
Basic Qualifications
* Minimum B2.2 level Italian Language Certification required; C1 preferred.
* At least 1 year of experience in account management, project or program management, buying, or operations roles.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA/PGDM or equivalent postgraduate degree.
