What will be your rutine? Support and troubleshooting: When your colleagues run into a problem they cannot solve, you will be their saviour! For more complex problems, our developers will be on hand to help. Comunication: You will work with customer support in English and warehouse staff in our Italian warehouse. Admin Support: You will be responsible for managing and administering various systems and accounts, assigning access and setting permissions. Process improvement. Learn and grow: You have a desire to develop our system and want to learn. What skills and experience should you have? Some basic IT support or warehouse systems experience is a good start - and if you don#39;t, you#39;ll learn quickly! You#39;re not afraid to solve problems under pressure and enjoy finding out what went wrong (and how to fix it). A good command of English - you#39;ll need it to work with internal systems and communicate with colleagues. You can explain things in simple terms. Why Mailship?
