Key responsibilities include:Strategy Implementation: develop and manage annual marketing plan.Brand Building: strengthen Doka's brand in the market, working closely with HR on employer branding.Content Creation: produce engaging content for various channels (website, social, PR).Digital Management: oversee website, social media and online content.Event Coordination: plan and execute industry trade shows and customer events.Performance Analysis: track and optimize campaign effectiveness (GA, Adwords).Sales Support: develop sales collaterals.Budget Management: control and manage the marketing budget.QualificationsQualifications, Knowledge and ExperienceMinimum five years of marketing experience with a focus on B2B marketsMarketing or related degree preferred with knowledge of key marketing operations requiredMarket knowledge of the construction industry is advantageousStrong strategic and commercial awareness beneficial, commercially mindedStrong verbal, written and numerical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levelsHigh level of motivation and good team working skillsExperience working with in-house or external agencies, publications, designers, printers and photographersGood level of IT literacy including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and OutlookUnderstanding of marketing software such as Adobe design packages, google analytics and email software beneficialAdditional InformationDoka Italia S.p.A., as an employer, is committed to ensuring equal opportunities and inclusion for all employees; all our hiring decisions are based solely on merit, job requirements, and business needs.
