Fabrication Control Management (FABCOM) Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Define Procurement and Fabrication strategies based on bidding documentation and data available on material utilization, yields, and workload.
* Support project teams in releasing project schedules related to Fabrication activities and define Engineering and Procurement deliverables dates accordingly.
* Contribute to preparing WBS and ensure the issue of estimated man-hours.
Project Execution Phase:
* Ensure cycled man-hours preparation and operative planning (work-pack issuance).
* Check actual man-hours spent vs cycled man-hours, producing ETC (Estimate To Complete) analysis.
* Support decisions regarding project execution modifications, providing qualitative and quantitative analysis on Production status and trend.
Requirements:
* Master Degree in Management/Industrial/Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
* B2/C1 English language proficiency.
* Permanent contract.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning.
Skills:
* Advanced MS Office skills.
* Problem-solving abilities.
* Team work and individual work with minimal supervision.
Flexibility:
* Willingness to relocate to sites worldwide/remote area.
