You will be part of the Finance department, working in a team of 6 people.How will you make a difference?As a Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring financial treasury management, performing obligations related to shareholders and board meetings, supervisory body and board of auditors, producing accurate financial statements and reports, and ensuring that all financial transactions comply with standards, Group policies, and legislation.What will your typical day look like?Management and coordination of general, customer, and supplier accountingUpdate Chart of AccountsPeriodic reconciliations of Balance Sheet accountsPrepare financial statements and ensure correct application of taxationFinancial and treasury managementManagement of insurance coverage, customs, and intrastatControl activities under SOX regulationsWhat do we want to know about you?Degree in Economics+5 years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge and expertise of civil/tax law on accounting and financial statementsKnowledge and expertise of national accounting standards (O.I.C.) and USGAAPKnowledge and practice of banking techniques with particular reference to collection, payment transactions, and financing operationsGood knowledge of MS Office, expert in ExcelProfessional knowledge of EnglishDecision making and proactivityPrecision and organizational skillsAble to work in a team and manage resources
