In an optics of internal organic strengthening, we were entrusted with the selection of a:
SENIOR SALES
Hierarchical reporting: Commercial Manager
Functional relationships:
Internal: Sales Area, PM, Customer Service, Production, Logistics, R&D/R&I, Regulatory Office, QA, QC and all areas affected by the sales process.
External: Clients, Suppliers
Description and characteristics of the position:
The sought-after figure, reporting directly to the Commercial Direction, will be responsible for the business development of the company in the assigned areas / clients (preferably USA or Balkan markets) with the aim of consolidating and developing commercial relationships, expanding and optimizing the range of services and products offered.
Role and responsibilities:
It will be the internal reference point for all parties involved in the order processing and execution, which will update the SENIOR SALES on the status of order progress in respect of timing and agreed contract with the customer.
It will be responsible for the development and maintenance, optimization of the assigned customer package.
Requirements required to participate in the Selections:
* Significant experience gained in the same role at companies operating in the cosmetic third-party make-up sector;
* Developed knowledge of the sector and technical knowledge of the product that leads to complete working autonomy;
* Knowledge of English and/or French language is necessary;
* Availability for work travel;
* Ability to implement effective / efficient communication with all figures involved in the sales processes;
* Customary to work in teams with cross-functional teams and management of simultaneous issues related to quality aspects;
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work under pressure and on multiple fronts simultaneously.

Contract type: direct employment relationship as an indefinite-term employee
Salary package: will be defined based on seniority and curricular preparation of each candidate and in relation to what emerges from the informative interviews and company evaluations.
