About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement & Process Mapping Specialist - Internship to join our Procurement and Loss Prevention Department. This role will support the team in loss prevention activities and provide opportunities to work in a dynamic and proactive department.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inventory processes and track stock movements through ERP systems.
* Participate directly in store activities such as inventories.
* Maintain and update databases related to stores and travel portals.
* Verify supplier documents and contribute to process mapping and optimization initiatives.
Key Challenges and Problem Areas
* Supports the correct flow of information within the organisation.
* Stock and goods movement monitoring: Use of ERP software to control stock flows.
* Support for opening and closing inventories: Management via dedicated platforms and direct participation in inventories at stores.
* Master data management: Updating shop data and company portals for travel management.
* Supplier document control: Checking, ticking and archiving of bills and documentation provided by service providers.
* Process mapping and optimisation: Collaboration in the revision of internal procedures, ensuring greater efficiency and standardisation.
Core Competencies
* Degree – preferably in Economics and Management.
* Proficient in using computer, with strong Excel skills for data processing and file management.
* Comfortable with using software tools and operational devices (e.g., handheld scanners, online portals).
* Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines.
* Pragmatic and results-oriented.
* Flexible and adaptable to dynamic environments.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
* Smart and resourceful approach.
* Relates well to all kinds of, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organization.
