Digital Customer Applications Senior Tech Lead
We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead to support the transformation of Customer Care and Contact Center applications in all countries at Group level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design cloud contact center application international architectures.
* Management of international projects and programs.
* Definition and design of international telecommunication and SIP architectures.
* Collection of requirements and support in the introduction of innovative digitalization elements in customer care solutions.
* Management of partners and project costs.
* Design and preparation of application support models for international cloud Contact Center solutions.
* Creation and measurement creation of service KPIs for customer support.
Requirements:
* Strong experience in designing and driving multinational corporate contact center solutions.
* Strong experience in coordinating international projects for migration of Contact Center solutions to the cloud.
* Significant experience in supervising complex and international IT programs.
* Strong ability to manage business requirements and translate needs into sustainable IT models.
* Knowledge of all major reference technologies in the customer care sector.
* Ability to direct and technically support Cloud Contact Center implementation solutions.
* Direct and proven experience and certifications with the major Cloud Contact Center solutions.
* Significant experience in information technology consultancy or large business contexts (at least 8 years).
* Fluent written and spoken English.
