ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Business Translator, you will: Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of organizational goals and challenges to guide the design of AI solutions. Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop AI prototypes and applications, focusing on data understanding, cleaning, and integrating the prototype into business processes. Manage and coordinate complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives. Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Coordinate project activities effectively with internal and external clients. Create compelling value propositions and the related business cases. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED SKILLS: Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or another quantitative discipline. At least 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in the financial or insurance sector. Comprehensive understanding of machine learning fundamentals and key algorithms (clustering, classification, regression). Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality presentations and documents tailored to diverse audiences. General knowledge in at least one data analysis programming language (e.g., Python, R, Matlab). Familiarity with key trends and topics in the banking and insurance sectors. PREFERRED SKILLS: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience in building business cases and evaluating project cost/benefit. Preferred experience in a consultancy company. SOFT SKILLS: A problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset. Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passionate about process innovation and driven by curiosity to understand and optimize business processes.
