Your Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver customer training sessions on MiCROTEC Solutions functionality and usage
* Configure and calibrate scanners and equipment to ensure seamless performance
* Offer comprehensive general customer support, both remotely and on-site, focusing on production setup and rule settings tailored to customer needs
* Maintain quality control during production, monitoring scanner performance and implementing improvements as needed
* Analyze statistical data from simulated offline productions and prepare detailed reports
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects such as developing new detection systems or enhancing measurement systems
Your Profile:
* A solid understanding of the supply chain and/or wood processing industry
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills
* Proficient in English, with knowledge of German
* The ability to work independently, with a structured approach and a focus on meeting customer needs
* Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and grow
* A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel globally
