We are looking for a CRM Support Specialist to join our Lido di Camaiore Team .
The CRM Support Specialist helps the Manager in handling the communication between our Company and our Business Partner who provides us with the CRM we use internally, making sure that the tickets and projects assigned are handled properly and within the deadline.
All the below tasks can be learned easily even if you are lacking the specific experience, we will train you if you have the key components. Meaning, you are open-minded, intelligent and willing to learn and work. That’s all you need to perform well in this position!
Here are some of your future tasks:
* Learn the structure and the functions of the software platform to support our Staff
* Collaborate in training new employees on the correct use of the CRM
* Learn how to handle malfunctions reported by the Staff
* Help to handle our ticketing system as the main channel of communication between our Company and the software provider
* Be involved in the new implementation cycles
* Be in direct communication with the Managers of each department
Required Knowledge and Skills:
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Very computer literate
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem-solving skills
* Excellent Time Management
* Ability to respect schedules and deadlines
Full time employee contract
Location: Lido di Camaiore (full time in the Office)
