The HR Organization Lead Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing HR processes, organizational structures, and workforce planning strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct micro and macro-organizational analysis based on company strategy, business needs, processes, and relevant KPIs.
* Evaluate the organization's current state, identifying potential obstacles, and analyzing the impact of proposed changes on departments, teams, and individuals.
* Engage stakeholders at all levels to gather inputs, address concerns, and build buy-in, conduct interviews, surveys, or workshops, ensuring all voices are considered in the change process.
* Support the change management processes by developing accurate initiatives to ensure people commitment to organizational change, the reasons behind it, and how to implement in own area.
* Track the progress of change initiatives, collecting feedback, and reporting on metrics to measure success.
* Maintain and update the Company Organization Chart Library and set up the organization chart tool.
