Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Expertise:
* Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and therapies.
* Attend and support cases in healthcare accounts.
* Collaborate with physicians, assistants, and hospital education staff to address clinical questions related to our products.
Sales Performance:
* Achieve sales targets and increase market share in key centers.
* Provide input to enhance overall state performance.
* Implement sales force effectiveness initiatives, including strategic territory management and technical/clinical support.
Relationship Building:
* Develop strong relationships with key customer groups.
* Utilize customer networks to drive business growth.
* Participate in business discussions with the Regional Manager.
Product Support:
* Assist with product marketing and launches.
* Prepare and maintain equipment for wet labs and training.
* Provide technical support information for public tenders and customer service.
Ethical Approach:
* Demonstrate sound ethical character.
* Prioritize customer needs and solutions.
Qualifications:
* University degree as a Perfusionist or similar.
* Experience in structural heart, or cardiovascular field preferred.
* Proficiency in written and verbal English, with Italian fluency.
* Customer-focused and service-minded.
* Team-oriented problem solver.
