What will you take care of?
As a Key Account for the Automation and Electrification product portfolio, you will be responsible for driving the sales effort of Automation & Electrification products of Bosch Rexroth for the OEM channel, in particular managing an assigned Top Customer in the Bologna area. You will be responsible for:
* Help shaping the future: Promote Bosch Rexroth’s Automation and Electrification products to customers and prospects, especially focusing on the assigned Key Customer. Actively contribute with an added value proposition.
* Experience cooperation: Build a solid relationship with the local Application team and the Headquarter, to share best practices and to contribute to continuous growth.
* Take on responsibility: Be a focal point and a main referent for the assigned Key Customer. New Business Development activity for the assigned group of products. Guarantee the achievement of the sales budget, both turnover and margin.
* Use creativity and scope for development: Develop Divisional and Corporate strategies. Try to understand market needs and trends.
* Experience internationality: Be available for business trips, also abroad (mostly in Germany).
What distinguishes you?
Education:
* You have a Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
Experience and Know-How:
* At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with structured customers in the Automation sector.
* Excellent knowledge of the Italian OEM market and system integrators.
Working Method/Organizational Skills:
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Result and customer orientation.
* Business acumen and pragmatism.
Personal Skills:
* Reliable.
