AW LAB
As a laboratory of urban sport style trends, AW LAB offers customers the latest products, inspiring them to create their own unique style. With over 270 shops in Italy, Spain, and Portugal, AW LAB is part of the Bata group, a world leader in the footwear industry.
Our proposal includes a wide collection of sneakers from international sport brands, as well as exclusive designs created in collaboration with them. We also offer apparel and accessories from leading sportswear brands, along with two private clothing labels.
Junior Communication Specialist Role
This role will provide an opportunity to support the brand communication team in building strong relationships with AW LAB's audience, improving awareness, and enhancing the company's reputation.
Responsibilities include developing production for AW LAB and its brands campaigns, enhancing the tone of voice through various channels, and supporting special projects. This role requires creativity, precision, budget management, and collaboration with external agencies.
Key skills and qualifications:
* Passion for fashion and sneakers
* Positive attitude, energetic, and willing to travel
* Great creativity and precision in managing budgets and people
* Sensitivity to photography, styling, and casting
* Knowledge of retouching and printing techniques
* Connections with international and national agencies (nice to have)
Language proficiency: Italian and English, with great knowledge of both languages.
Location: Limena (PD), with the possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period.
