Job Description Within the Group Chief Transformation Officer, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. He or she will deal in particular with the roll-out phase of a strategic initiative (Communities of Practice) and other relevant topics for the development of the new strategic plan. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Support the Head of function activities with a focus (not exclusive) on the Communities of Practice and other projects in terms of Project Management Office (PMO) activities (Meeting document support by power-point presentations and organization event/engagement-communication plan) Foster the use of the technological platform among the members of Communities (0365/teams) Monitor the development of Communities and KPI reporting Support transformation projects and all current activities as needed Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: University degree in Engineering/business administration/economics or similar Fluent English (written and spoken) and Italian Digital native Advanced use of MS Office (powerpoint, excel, word) Ability to work in an international and inclusive environment Strong organizational skills Strong team player Nice to have Change management experience Facilitation/training skills Strong presentation and communication skills Experience with international working environment Influencing skills across different cultures Relationship management skills Solution oriented Company Profile Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
