Job Title
You will be a reference point for beneficiaries of the Programma Garanzia Occupabilità dei Lavoratori (GOL), guiding them step by step towards a new professional future. Through individual orientation sessions and job accompaniment, you will help unemployed individuals rediscover their potential and build a growth-oriented career path.
What We Look For In You
* Possession of a VAT number or willingness to obtain one.
* Degree: Master's degree (preferably in humanities, social sciences, economics, or related fields).
* Experience: At least 1 year in active labor market policies, guidance, or selection.
* Soft skills: Empathy, listening skills, problem-solving attitude, and desire to make a difference.
* Tech skills: Familiarity with main digital tools and employment service management platforms; experience working on Region Lombardy's active labor market policies projects.
* Mobility: Willingness to operate in the Gallarate branch and possibility of remote work.
