The Industrial Manufacturing & Processes Engineering Department is looking for an Industrial Manufacturing & Processes Engineer graduated in Industrial Engineering with good potential, technical knowledge, and strong skills in organizing their own and others' work activities, with at least one year of experience in the whole innovative product development cycle:
1. Production flows optimization;
2. Sustain and improve the performance of the assembly process;
3. Improve the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), especially the downtime;
4. Foresee the design, procurement, and release into operation of the production tools;
5. Develop procedures and operating instructions for assembly and rework;
6. Promote the continuous improvement of performance and quality metrics;
7. Prepare the acquisition and release plans for new processes and assembly/inspection machines;
8. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Technologies to increase/improve automatic assembly processes;
9. Assembly processes time estimation & production Standard Cost analysis;
10. Suppliers support on assembly and continuous improvement processes;
11. Designing and optimizing manufacturing processes that are efficient, safe, and cost-effective;
12. Define new or updated standards/assembly or test methods to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement of APUs.
SKILLS:
1. Strong interpersonal/team skills, able to communicate and interact effectively with other engineers, supervisors, assembly and maintenance operators;
2. Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills;
3. Six Sigma methodology/tools skills such as RCA, SPC, FMEA, DOE;
4. Analysis and structural problem-solving skills;
5. Good level of English (spoken and written), French a plus.
