About the role
The Pastry Sous Chef will be responsible for the preparation, creation and execution of all desserts and other baked goods and will assist in overseeing the overall running of the pastry kitchen, cleanliness and organization.
What you will do
- Supervising Chefs de Partie, Demi-Chefs de Partie, Commis, Trainees
- Place orders and ensure merchandise follow-up
- Implement and ensure compliance with technical specifications and the spirit of the kitchen established by the Pastry Chef.
