The person we are looking for will be integrated into the Customer Service team as a Customer Service Specialist at our Global Headquarters. The candidate will initially focus on our French/English speaking clients, with opportunities to follow others based on his/her linguistic skills.
Responsibilities
* Elaborate sales order fulfillment management and track related documents, commercial offers, and contracts.
* Manage the operative process of sales orders.
* Manage and support customer relationships from the Headquarters (contracts, reports, meeting minutes, and meeting follow-ups).
* Support the organization of visits/audits at the Headquarters.
* Contribute to the management of the sales forecast for assigned areas.
* Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Education: BA Degree in Modern Languages, Foreign Trading, or Economy.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Languages: Fluent in English; a second language is considered beneficial.
* Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
