We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel IT Business Analyst to join our Global IT Team, working on impactful digital and retail platform projects. The role involves capturing functional business requirements, defining project scope, and ensuring compliance across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead functional requirements discovery workshops and document detailed requirements.
* Produce Business Requirements and Functional Specifications Documents.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT project managers, and the digital product team.
* Prioritize and facilitate the implementation of requirements.
* Work with external teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in issue resolution.
* Manage small to medium-scale projects and analyze performance after go-live.
Core Skills and Experience:
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in an international, agile environment.
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
* Experience with eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred) and retail systems.
* Knowledge of B2C storefronts, merchandising, campaigns, promotions, and product data.
* Proficient in tools like Confluence, Jira.
* 3-5 years of experience in retail or omnichannel projects.
Requirements:
* Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
* Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
* Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
