The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company’s clients, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answering telephone calls, emails, and handling correspondence
2. Maintain the reception, common, and conference areas clean and tidy.
3. Track stocks of office supplies, stationery, equipment, and place orders when necessary.
4. Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filling.
5. Liaise with clients and colleagues and deal with their requests and needs.
6. Arranging meetings with clients
7. Welcome guests and offer them coffee/refreshments to make sure their visit to the office is pleasant.
8. Maintaining corporate files and filing
9. Correspondence with clients via email/telephone
10. Working with local authorities, banks, agents worldwide, tax office, Registrar of Companies
11. Arranging apostille certifications.
12. Arranging courier services
13. Assist with any other administrative matters.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
14. Holder of University degree or equivalent
15. Previous working experience in a similar role and within a similar industry will be considered an advantage.
16. Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
17. Strong communication skills
18. Good attention to details skills
19. Excellent organization and time-management skills
20. Team-player
21. Pleasant personality
