Junior Payroll Specialist
About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Payroll Manager to perform various payroll tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Process pay slips and envelopes for temporary workers across all branches;
* Manage all related procedures for Inps, Casse Edili, Enpaia, supplementary pension funds, CIG/CIGS derogations;
* Handle wage attachments, salary advances, medical check-ups, leaves of absence;
* Perform monthly (Uniemens) and annual (770, CU, INAIL tax return, substitute tax) tasks and LUL elaborations;
* Provide support to colleagues at branches on issues related to reading payslips and managing INPS and INAIL events (illnesses, maternity, accidents).
Requirements
* Accounting degree or equivalent;
* Knowledge of Zucchetti Paghe Project software;
* Minimum experience in Payroll Offices, preferably gained in the employment agency sector.

Contract Details
We offer a fixed-term contract initially lasting 6 months with the possibility of converting it into an open-ended contract. Meal vouchers are provided.

You will be working in a young, informal and stimulating environment.
Working Hours
Full-time from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a break.
