About the Team
As a key member of our sales development team, you will play a crucial role in selling our diagnostic and workshop digital solutions within your territory. Our team identifies optimal channels, develops partnerships, closes commercial agreements, and interacts with key customers to facilitate contract closure.
Your Responsibilities
* Actively identify, pursue, and develop new business channels and opportunities, focusing on hunting for new prospects and closing deals.
* Represent products at trade shows and events to boost visibility.
* Collaborate with Marketing to create sales support tools.
* Bust relationships, negotiate agreements, and drive revenue growth.
* Be the main contact for key accounts.
* Conduct research to understand customer needs and industry trends, providing feedback to product and marketing teams.
* Develop and implement annual sales plans to expand the customer base and establish a strong market presence.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
* Sales Expertise: Proven experience in field sales, channel, or business development with a hunter mindset.
* Automotive Experience: 10+ years in the aftermarket automotive industry, preferably within diagnostics solutions.
* Business Development: Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and grow business channels from scratch.
* Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
* Communication & Relationships: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
