Deal Structuring and Pricing (DSP) professionals shape deal financials for high risk and complex client engagements, that might include multinational arrangements, joint ventures, alliances, setting up or acquisition of operating companies, and other equity investment transactions.
Key responsibilities may include:
* Responsible for the financial buildup of new opportunities, elaborating financial models and business cases both for Accenture and the client to identify and maximize the value of the opportunities.
* Assess and apply various pricing methodologies to meet company and client objectives.
* Prepare income statements, balance sheets and cash flows supporting client engagements in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture policies and commercial standards.
* Represent contract financials in Accenture approval meetings.

We are waiting for you:
* At least two years of relevant experience operating in a financial role (audit, accounting, controlling, reporting, commercial).
* Knowledgeable and or proficient in financial modeling techniques, financial concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, etc.) and accounting concepts and budgeting techniques.
* Degree in Finance or Accounting and fluent in English.
