a Sales Operations Executive and Business Analyst to work from home office
with 20% travel requirement to all 3 Italian sites.
Day-to-day Sales Operational responsibilities:
- Support Sales Teams and Customer Service Teams in timely and accurate pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sales activities.
- Address concerns collaboratively with relevant teams to ensure smooth business transactions.
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Extract information from e.g. ERP and Excel files and prepare the data analysis to support sales and customer service's needs.
Support the management of Customer, Materials, and Pricing Master Data:
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate data to support timely and efficient customer service.
- Support operational strategies aligned with Commercial and Customer Service teams for sustainable business growth.
Commercial Support for Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Align with key stakeholders and support growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to implement regulations and policies.
Sales Demand Planning support:
- Support SandOP process
- Participate in monthly sales demand planning meetings to ensure timely availability of materials for customer orders.
