3. Responsible for developing business opportunities in the defined area (hunting) and for maintaining existing Key Customers (farming), through effective client research, prospecting, and networking.
4. Develop and maintain personal knowledge of priority sectors, market trends, and routes to market for improved effectiveness within a sales function.
5. Drive deals from technical definition through budgeting and proposal to order.
6. Approach the customer in a cross-selling perspective, promoting synergies with other business lines.
7. Prepare sales reporting, and record customer interactions, and opportunities into the CRM.
