Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Sales Manager for a technology company specialising in monitoring and control solutions for renewable energy systems, particularly solar power plants and hybrid energy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales from lead to cash: develop leads pipe, qualify opportunities, close sales, negotiate contracts terms, follow project delivery and ensure cash collection.
* Develop CRM with clients, partners and ecosystems to support company brand recognition and growth.
* Coordinate internal team (marketing, pre-sales, project manager, technical manager, logistic team, purchasing team) to guarantee clients' project success.
* Represent the company in Italy and during marketing events such as exhibitions, webinars, and workshops.
Requirements:
* Engineer, Master or equivalent.
* Native Italian speaker, Fluent in English both for speaking and writing.
* At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy market (PV, BESS, Control, SCADA, PPC) as sales in Italy.
* Deep knowledge about the Renewable Energy market and ecosystem: PV I&C installation, utility project with PV and BESS, DSO, TSO, monitoring, and control.
