The position will be expected to conduct research, effectively deploy strategy through the content production, organic content plan and advertising in collaboration with the Global Communication and Advocacy team to drive qualified traffic to our e-commerce websites worldwide and to our partners and analyze the performance.The ideal candidate has a solid cultural and international background, fluent in English, deeply knowledgeable about social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), and capable of building campaigns that resonate with beauty professionals and consumers. This role will also involve collaborating with internal teams, agencies and content creators.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Conduct research to monitor digital channels evolution, uncover audience insights, trending topics and formatsEnsure Brand Equity and Leverage through strategic digital editorial content plan and productionProvide briefs and actively participate in digital assets production for Social Media, Digital Paid Media and other digital touchpoints.Create synergies and ensure consistency and excellence of messages and visual assets on owned digital touchpoints - Blogs, Social Media, Paid Digital Media – in cooperation with the Marketing, Creative and Advocacy teamsCoordinate content creators and agencies.Lead the Global Blog strategy supporting the Global E-trade calendar and reinforcing brand distinctive positioning by leveraging its pillars: science, skin expertise and professional heritage, sustainability.Monitor and analyze social performance, generating strategic insights to improve results.Collaborate with the Advocacy team to co-manage influencer and content creator campaign briefs.Lead and coordinate the Global Digital Paid Media Strategy cross-channel and cross-country with a full-funnel approach, supporting local business units to identify the ideal media mix and create synergies between countries.Coordination of a Global Media Agency that will work with a full-funnel approach among our key countries (IT, UK, DE, NL)Always-on KPIs monitoring to ensure optimized spending across channels and goalsProvide quarterly reporting to share key insights among all countriesEnsure knowledge transmission and best practices sharing across business units on the Digital Paid Media strategyORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIACreate and deploy the Global Organic Social Media Strategy to ensure maximum exposure and engagement on owned channels scout for emerging opportunities.Develop detailed guidelines for branches and distributors to ensure brand consistency.Design own the Global Social Media Calendar according to the E-trade calendar: new launches, commercial peaks, support hero products engaging story-telling campaigns.Own the organic Social Media reporting: carry out global monthly reporting, managing the use of data to drive actionable insights.Provide competitive analysis and recommend strategies accordingly.Produce detailed guidelines both for distributors and branches who operate ( comfort zone ) locally on social media to ensure Brand consistency and efficient campaignsSpread Social Media knowledge and opportunities through ongoing upskilling sessions top management presentations.WHO YOU ARE:Experience: 4-5 years in a similar role within an international environment, with proven expertise in managing omnichannel campaigns, producing content, and analyzing performance. Experience with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube is essential.Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.Language Skills: Fluent in English (native or advanced level).
