Strategic Role: Business Developer Sales Support
We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a liaison between Operations and Business Development (BD), ensuring commercial support in the Pharma Lab sector.
Main Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Support (CS):
* Handle client inquiries and provide timely resolutions;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth;
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies;
* Promote products and services to clients in Central-Northern Italy, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships;
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams;
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions;
* Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts;
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance and best practices;
