As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern for the Combustor's COE, you will support the execution and change of manufacturing processes while supporting production. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: Participate in a project of productive cycle management, studying and developing manufacturing processes and documenting changes. Participate in LEAN initiatives and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements. Study to implement cycle time and process improvements in order to reduce costs and respect objectives. Bring new ideas and positive support to the current processes. Interface effectively with all manufacturing departments. Analyze and verify that engineering designs and technical data are accurately documented. Help improve an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and meet customer/end-user requirements. Qualifications/Requirements Master's Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of technical drawings. Fluency in English and Italian, written and verbal. A work visa, in accordance with local regulations, is required. Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and provide efficient solutions. Desired Characteristics Desire for a hands-on approach to resolving opportunities/issues.
