Your role We are seeking a highly motivated Super Audio Retail Channel Project Manager to support the launch and distribution strategy for our innovative glasses with integrated hearing aids within the global EL retail channel. Reporting to the Super Audio Retail Activation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market entry approach, building key partnerships, and ensuring the successful adoption of our innovative product through retail channel. Main responsibilities: Retail Channel Strategy support: coordinate and develop channel strategies tailored to retail distribution. Contribute to research on regulatory constraints, product portfolios, and evolving offerings to support the team’s strategic decisions. Retail Banner Partnerships: Lead strategic collaborations with key retail banners, driving initiatives to optimize market penetration and product success. Retail Prioritization: deliver a well-considered prioritization strategy for the rollout of our new products within retail channel. Support in the identification of key levers such as margin optimization and incentives to motivate stores to introduce the products. Integration into Omnichannel Strategy: ensure the effective integration of retail channel into the broader omnichannel strategy, aligning retail initiatives with online channel to provide a cohesive and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Sales Forecasting and Distribution Chain: Ensure accurate delivery of sales forecasts and contribute to the overall budget development process. Performance Metrics: establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of retail channel strategies, preparing reports for the team and management. Customer Education: Shape the training development and delivery roadmap aimed at educating consumers and retail professionals about the advantages and functionalities of our glasses with integrated hearing solution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Training, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, After-sales, Product Development teams and additional internal stakeholders to align retail channel strategies with overall business objectives. Team Leadership: Work collaboratively within the retail channel to ensure smooth implementation of channel strategies. Contribute to discussions and offer input based on observed retail trends and customer insights. Documentation Development: Oversee the creation of high-impact negotiation materials and supporting documents to facilitate effective partnerships and ensure alignment with business objectives. Main requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail, market strategy, marketing or a related field. Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to daily operational challenges. Positive mindset with the ability to overcome challenges and drive projects to successful completion. Interest in project management and willingness to learn from senior team members. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent English and Italian is mandatory. Additional languages are nice to have. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
