As the Site Leader/Senior Operations Manager in a fast-paced and challenging environment, you'll be the person who knows your area of the business inside out. You'll own the operational metrics and set the strategy for your area of the business to deliver for our customers and ultimately grow our operations. At the same time, you'll focus on long-term objectives. This includes creating contingency plans to keep operations running and mitigate against disruptions and driving initiatives that boost quality, safety and productivity.
