1. Creating and reviewing regulatory compliance documentation
2. Coordinating the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from new laws and regulations
3. Applying and interpreting audit and compliance requirements for various departments
4. Designing and coordinating the preparation and ongoing review of policies, procedures, training materials and other communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirements
5. Interacting with external auditors on matters related to audits of the organization’s internal controls
6. Establishing compliance monitoring programs
7. Filing regulatory reports and other documentation
8. Coordinating rollout and training of new or updated policies and directives when required
9. Evaluate the efficiency of controls
10. Improve current strategies if necessary
11. Supervise and oversee the work of colleagues
CANDIDATE PROFILE
12. BA in Law, Finance, Business Administration or similar related field
13. Previous working experience as a Compliance Officer of at least 3 years within professional service provider, accounting or law firm is a MUST
14. Knowledge and understanding of the industry’s regulations and best practices
15. Hands-on experience with a variety of reporting operations and procedures
