Industrialization Engineer - Electronics

We are looking for an ELECTRONICS INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER.
ROLE
Manage new product introduction in production through:
1. Analysis of the technical documentation (bill of materials, drawings, etc.)
2. Design and implementation of manufacturing & testing tools
3. Redaction of manufacturing and testing instructions for internal workers or external suppliers
4. Training of manufacturing and testing workers
5. Proposing, setting up, and improving the manufacturing processes: workstations, tooling, routings, assembly & testing instructions to workers
6. Supporting manufacturing and testing activities (both internal and at supplier’s premises) when manufacturing or testing issues occur
7. Facilitating manufacturing continuous improvements
8. Supporting quality department during technical analysis when production issues arise
Required Background
Knowledge of English language - B2 level
Preferred Experience and Skills
1. 5 years experience in an electronic factory as design or manufacturing engineer
2. Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and IPC standards: assembly process (SMT, THT), varnishing process
3. Knowledge of electronic testing processes: In-Circuit, Flying Probe, functional test bench, AOI, dielectric tests, cable testers
4. Familiarity with electronic instrumentation: multimeter, oscilloscope, function generators, National Instruments tools, etc.
5. Knowledge of Labview language and C++ language
6. Knowledge of CE marking standards for manufacturing & testing tools
Job Location
Our production site in Florence
Availability to travel in Italy and abroad is required.
