Your Duties & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks, take the initiative in troubleshooting, and find effective solutions.
In particular, as part of the team, you will be resposible for:
* Supervising and coordinating payroll activities, including administrative processes for hiring and termination, salaries, contributions, and managing relationships with INPS, INAIL, Labor Offices, and other relevant institutions
* Managing individual employment relationships, applying the national collective labor agreement (CCNL) and individual agreements (e.g., employment contracts, collaboration agreements, working hours, disputes, terminations, categorie protette, etc.)
* Overseeing Comp&Ben programs, such as the salary review process, MBO, and welfare, ensuring their competitiveness and alignment with company policies
* Ensuring the continuous updating of Company Group policies in line with the company's evolution
* Dealing with the HSE Function all HR matters related to health and safety in the workplace.
Education & Experience:
* +5 years of experience in a similar role
* Experience in managing compensation and benefits processes
* Strong knowledge of labour law and employment regulations
* Ability to develop clear and compliant company policies
* Proficiency in analyzing data to generate reports based on trends, patterns and other insights
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
