Project Management Role
As a member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible and accountable for PDS projects in respect to PDS Project Management Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling of multiple tasks within assigned projects at the same time, and multiple customer requests in expected timelines with high-quality results.
* Writing minutes of meetings and teleconferences.
* Facilitating project activities by coordinating project team tasks.
* Hosting and managing customer visits, preparing presentations for events (including kick-off meetings).
* Providing support to keep project timelines within project plans agreed with customers.
* Supporting customer satisfaction and project tasks where needed, facilitating communication flow and exchange of information within project teams.
* Providing regular updates on project progress to all individuals involved.
* Facilitating positive interactions among team members and managing conflicts.
* Updating project and billing plans on database platform.
* Supporting finance by project billing.
* Archiving project documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or similar fields.
* Equivalent experience is considered a valuable asset.
* Knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical field highly recommended.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project a plus.
* Good knowledge of Project Management techniques, PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certifications a plus.
* 2-3 years of professional experience in technical field or related area (Pharmaceutical Development, Clinical trials Manufacture, Commercial Manufacture, Project Management, Financial awareness, Customer contact), and at least 1 year as Project Manager.
* Fluency in Italian and English, additional language a plus.
* Well-organized and detail-oriented.
