Project HR Role
We are seeking a skilled Project HR professional to support our pipeline project in Italy.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and functionally to the HR Department at Headquarters or the local HR Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage personnel-related activities, ensuring compliance with occupational law and regulations.
* Oversee administrative tasks, including payroll, relations with local institutions, and authorities.
* Prepare and monitor budget plans for personnel costs using digital workforce planning systems.
* Coordinate staffing and demobilization, adhering to project timelines and cost targets.
* Define and implement training and development plans in collaboration with Headquarters, based on project needs.
* Ensure compliance with HR processes and procedures at the project level.
* Support trade union relations and collaborate with relevant Headquarters units.
* Oversee assignment and management of corporate benefits, such as expat contracts.
* Provide periodic HR reports to Headquarters.
* Coordinate General Services and Facilities for the project workforce.
Requirements:
* At least 3-5 years' experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in multinational companies.
* Previous experience in managing Site personnel.
* Confident working closely with all levels of project organization, being approachable and able to build strong and trusting relationships.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Good knowledge of HR processes and guidelines.
* Excellent knowledge of English.
