We are searching for the best talent for: Business Excellence Process Improvement Associate Specialist to be in Latina. Purpose: The Business Excellence team is focused on enhancing productivity, efficiency, and quality to achieve long-term cost objectives (OEE, Cost Improvement Projects, Yield Increase). We work to improve all business areas through project execution, modeling, and data analysis for problem-solving activities that leverage lean concepts and standardization activities. For this position, we offer a 12-month full-time contract. You will be responsible for: Facilitating improvement projects utilizing Lean tools such as PDCA, SMED, and OEE losses reduction. Participating in the deployment of multi-tier site performance management activities to ensure effective target achievement. Analyzing data and implementing digital and interconnected measuring processes to lead effective performance management (KPI). Assessing data-driven opportunities for improvement, demonstrating attitude in problem-solving methodologies (RCA, A3, 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto, etc.). Collaborating with main stakeholders to allow effective tier-based performance management digital board. Facilitating business case creation by working with stakeholders to meet target cost-effective budgets. Taking lead of the execution of efficiency improvement projects to meet OEE Target. It is therefore a particularly emerging role, flawless for those who want to be ahead of the market of data analytics, entering a new pharma industrial revolution phase that focuses heavily on data gathering coming from equipment, systems and processes, data conditioning, data mining, and modeling, in order to allow real-time performance analysis and therefore predictive performance management. It is an excellent opportunity for a proactive spirit: proposing and implementing new insights will help improve membership in this team; think about how much you can learn from a constant brainstorming of innovative solutions Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, chemistry and other similar sciences. Ability in problem-solving and decision-making techniques. Knowledge of data analysis, basic statistic tools. Ability to experiment with models. Knowledge of MS Excel. Excellent interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required. Proficiency in English is required (B1 level and above). Other qualifications that will be considered as a nice to have: Previous knowledge of basis of GMP is considered a preferred requirement. Knowledge of SAP is considered a preferred requirement.
