About the Position
We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team and help us deliver exceptional service and unforgettable moments to our customers.
Key Functions:
* Provide customer service in accordance with company and luxury brand standards
* Consult clients on products, selection of the most suitable product, cross-selling on the basis of corporate standards
* Fulfill a personal sales plan (by income, by product groups)
* Consult clients on product issues - warranty, repairs, deliveries, company policies on the basis of corporate standards
* Process incoming calls to the offline store and outgoing communications with customers
* Sale of old stock, focus positions, and services
* Inform customers about promotions and other activities
* Register sales, refunds, invoices, etc. in software
* Work with the cash register and compliance with cash discipline
* Evaluate the safety of goods, store equipment
* Comply with merchandising rules in the store
* Complete training according to the approved program (full-time training and corporate systems)
* Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by Management
Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant working experience in similar positions will be considered an advantage
* Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio, and video systems is a plus
* Fluent Italian & English
* Excellent communication skills, positive attitude
* Self-motivated and result-oriented
