RINA is currently recruiting for a Software Test Engineer to join its office in Genoa within the Materials & Technologies Division.
Mission
Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and automated test scripts.
Key Accountabilities
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications using tools such as TestComplete, and Azure DevOps.
2. Conduct manual testing ensuring thorough coverage of all functionalities.
3. Analyze test results, identify issues, and resolve bugs and improve software quality.
4. Participate in Agile/Scrum team activities
5. Provide detailed reports on test progress, coverage, and defect status.
Qualifications and Requirements
6. Experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation using tools and frameworks, including TestComplete
7. Proficiency in JavaScript / HTML / web development
8. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Azure DevOps Boards and Test Plans.
9. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
11. Proficient in written and spoken English.

Bachelor’s DegreeMaster’s Degree in Computer Engineering
Qualifications
12. ISTQB certification
13. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker / Kubernetes)
14. Proficiency in Microsoft environment and programming languages such as C#, Visual Studio, SQL, Container
