This job is opened to internal candidates in the Iveco Group only. The candidate will be responsible for generating, providing analysis, and managing processes, methods, and systems/software engineering. Our goal is to design, develop, and set up collaborative and interconnected (model-based) systems/software engineering methods that will ensure end-to-end digital continuity and harmonization strategies of processes/methods and tools. He/she has the responsibility to: Analyse and define the processes related to Verification & Validation (V&V) activities. Guarantee that the V&V process will be aligned with the system development process and ensure that each V&V task is performed at the proper stage and level. Monitor and control the V&V methodology application progress and performance and report any issues or deviations. Prepare harmonized V&V templates and reports that summarize the findings, evidence, and conclusions of each V&V task. Consider any recommendations, actions, or lessons learned from the V&V activities. Leverage existing systems/software engineering and MBSE/MBD experiences to push innovative ideas to define and implement MIL/SIL/HIL and left shift verification concept. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor/Master's degree in STEM disciplines. Solid experience (3-5 years) in the field of testing, verification, and validation in automotive or aerospace field. Good English level (at least B2) both spoken and written. Experience in drafting documentation relating to the Test, Verification, Validation, and Integration processes. Issue management experience relating to the integration and validation aspects of complex systems. Knowledge of testing methods and techniques. Knowledge of Requirements Engineering and Modelling tools. Knowledge of MIL/SIL/HIL concepts and application. Project and stakeholders’ management experience.
