Job Description
Synergie Italia, based in Udine, is looking for a back office commercial employee proficient in German.
Main Responsibilities
* Receiving and processing orders, as well as managing related documentation;
* Maintaining order cycle monitoring, with frequent contact with clients, suppliers and sales representatives;
* Preparing shipping documents and tracking shipments;
* Supporting the preparation of commercial reports.
Requirements
* Good knowledge of spoken and written German (priority given to those who also speak another language);
* Previous experience, even if minimal, in this role;
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
* Excellent teamwork, organizational and relational skills;
* Good empathy and relational skills.
Working Conditions
Full-time position from Monday to Friday;
Fixed-term contract with prospects;
Limited to surrounding areas of Udine (UD).
