As Naval Architect, you will join our Department TLINSTAL1/Fano Offshore Engineering Bub, in the business line Asset Based Services (no Drilling), conducting the following activities:
* Planning, co-ordination and control of Naval Architect technical activities
* Maintain planning and workloads prediction updated
* Check of naval deliverables (procedures, notes, technical reports)
* Interface with other engineering specialists
* Maintain and develop design capability (stability, hydrostatic hydrodynamics, hull, mooring, installation engineering, DP)
* Issue or check technical part of requisitions, bid analysis and PO
* Select and update the state of art numerical tools requested for the naval department engineering activities
* Implement and control any preventive/corrective actions arising from audits or certification requirements
* Take care of technical competence growth of department resources regarding Hydrostatic, Stability, Hydrodynamic, Mooring analysis, Dynamic Positioning System
Technical knowledge of naval engineering main competences:
* Vessel Hydrostatic and Stability
* Hydrodynamic
* Mooring (temporary and permanent installation)
* Structural static and dynamic engineering
* Ship resistance, propulsion and Dynamic Positioning (DP) System
* Installation analysis of Subsea Pipeline in S-lay, Floatover and Lifting
* Knowledge of common numerical techniques and software used in Naval engineering, such as FEM Techniques, Panel model based numerical, CFD, etc.
