We are currently looking for a Sales Manager of our Boutique in Porto Cervo. As a Sales Manager, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with store management to meet sales budgets and enhance client experiences.
* Coordinate Front of House (FoH) and Back of House (BoH) activities.
* Serve as a role model for sales staff and brand ambassador.
* If a Key Holder, prioritize client service, meet sales targets, and manage operations.
* Drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge.
* Execute tasks set by management efficiently.
* Support staff in achieving targets and enhance performance.
* Analyze KPIs and develop strategies for improvement.
* Assist with CRM activities and monitor sales trends.
* Provide feedback on sales processes and product displays.
* Coach staff on sales skills and brand knowledge.
* Oversee stock and cash operations as needed.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
* Knowledge of Client Ceremony and its implementation to increase the business.
* Visual and Merchandising technique.
* Stock management methods and techniques.
* CRM methods and procedures.
